final project progress

Kagan, Vuong and frank are my team members. The project is moving along. We are creating a tangible home buyer tool. Essential, we're allowing users to build their desired homes with tangible pieces. In theory, we hope to have the query tool display possible matches all the time. In other words when a person adds a second bathroom to the house, the search display will update. So far things are moving along. We are using RFID to tag our physical pieces and are trying to incorporate googlemaps to display possible matches. I wrote code for the RFID reader for today. The reader is slower than I would like but there's nothing we can do about that. Kagan is working on display page and vuong is building the physical objects.

Handy board

our first project was the handyboard. I was grouped with Leanne, Kagan, Frank and Vuong. We presented some of the features of the handyboard. The board was a pain to setup initially. Don't use the quick setup guide that comes with the handyboard. Just install interactive c. then boot the handyboard in bootstrap mode by holding down the "stop" button while turning it on. Then load the firmware from interactive c. Then you can download your program to the handyboard.
We presented our project. We had made the handyboard play twinkle twinkle little star and showed the lyrics on the display. The song started when the lights were turned off.
